　　二、招標(biāo)內(nèi)容摘要Tendering Synopsis
　　
　　寧波諾丁漢大學(xué)擬尋找一個供應(yīng)商來供應(yīng)250KN，適用于復(fù)合材料的動態(tài)疲勞測試系統(tǒng)。
　　
　　The University of Nottingham Ningbo China is looking to appoint a supplier to provide 250KN, Dynamic Fatigue Test System for composites.
　　
　　三、 投標(biāo)人資格要求 Bidder qualification requirements
　　
　　3.1投標(biāo)人必須自2014年1月1日以來承接過本項目設(shè)備的成功案例。
　　
　　Bidder shall have successful supply experience for equipment under this project since January 1 st , 2014.
　　
　　3.2投標(biāo)人 須具備有英文交流溝通能力的客戶管理團(tuán)隊負(fù)責(zé)本次的合約、商業(yè)及戰(zhàn)略要求。
　　
　　Bidder shall have its English speaking account management team responsible for the contractual, commercial and strategic elements of the account.
　　
　　四、 招標(biāo)文件的獲取與投標(biāo)文件的遞交
　　
　　4.1.1、標(biāo)書售價為每份500元人民幣，招標(biāo)文件售后不退。
　　
　　A complete set of Bidding Document may be purchased by any interested Bidder upon payment of a non - refundable fee RMB 500.
　　
　　4.1.2、我公司采購文件全部電子文本形式出售；潛在供應(yīng)商可選擇到我公司現(xiàn)場購買、網(wǎng)上或微信方式購買。如需網(wǎng)上或微信購買，請另付50 元人民幣信息服務(wù)費。銀行匯款請按下述戶名、開戶銀行及帳號并在匯款單上注明匯款用途及采購編號、子包號。

　　The bidder may buy the bidding document form: Between 8:30-11:30 AM and 14: 00-17：00 PM (Beijing Time, except holidays) Jan 6 th 2017.

　　4.5. 投標(biāo)人需在1月18日16:00前確認(rèn)是否需要參加寧波諾丁漢大學(xué)報價前答疑（填寫并返回招標(biāo)文件中附件H并聯(lián)系寧波諾丁漢大學(xué)李老師）。
　　
　　Confirmation on attendance of the Bidders’ Day before 16:00 on 18 th Jan 2017 (Complete and return the Appendix H of the Bidding Document, contract Ms. Li from the University of Nottingham Ningbo China).
　　
　　4.6、投標(biāo)截止時間：所有投標(biāo)文件應(yīng)于2017年02月6日12：00（北京時間）之前以2種形式遞交：

　　密封的書面投標(biāo)文件請郵寄到寧波市國際招標(biāo)有限公司陳若水，遲到的投標(biāo)文件和未購買招標(biāo)文件者的投標(biāo)將被拒絕接收。

　　The delayed Bid and the bidder did not buy the Bidding Documents shall be rejected.
　　
　　4.7、開標(biāo)時間和地點：定于2017年02月15日在寧波 諾丁漢大學(xué)開標(biāo)，具體評標(biāo)辦法詳見招標(biāo)文件。
