We developed OPUS TOUCH for one purpose only: increasing productivity for both routine applications and complex research investigations.

Here, the touch-centered operating concept plays the key part. Never has it been more intuitive to measure, interpret, and process IR spectroscopic data. Everything is available with just a few touches of your finger (or clicks of your mouse).

Our aim was to allow users to perform measurements more productively and faster, and to share, review and archive the data easily and securely. For the first time ever, an FT-IR software is not focused on 1001 methods of manipulating and treating data but simply on getting results and interpreting them.

Step #1: Select your Workflow

To start an analysis in OPUS TOUCH, you first select the corresponding button on the homescreen. In this case, we have prepared a multi-evaluation workflow for the quality control of hand sanitizer that yields a comprehensive FT-IR analysis.

Step #2: Preview and Method

OPUS TOUCH Method setup

After the workflow was selected and a background spectrum measured, the sample is brought to the spectrometer and we can check a preview spectrum. If we are satisfied with the preview, we can check the method parameters and start the measurement.

Step #3: Result View

The result screen has been customized to display all key parameters in a single window. First the verification against a compliant hand sanitizer reference and second the quantitative analysis and relative proportions of the ingredients.

Step #4: PDF Reports

All key information of the analysis can also be printed into an PDF report with a single click. These reports can be customized and automatically forwarded by .
