觸控智能定硫儀是依據(jù)庫侖滴定法的原理（參見GB/T 214—1996）制成的。由單片機系統(tǒng)進行高溫爐的溫度控制和庫侖滴定結(jié)果的測量，由液晶顯示屏顯示，并向單片機系統(tǒng)發(fā)送相應控制命令，由單片機系統(tǒng)獨立完成相應工作。

Intelligent Touch Control Sulfur Detector is made based on the principle of coulometric titration (refer to GB/T 214-1996). The temperature in the high temperature furnace is controlled by the SCM system, and the coulometric titration result is measured by the SCM system and then n on the LCD. After receiving the corresponding control command, the SCM system will finish the corresponding work independently. 

功能特點

1. 該系統(tǒng)用于測量煤、焦炭、石油等可燃物資的硫含量。

5. 系統(tǒng)工作溫度 用戶可通過軟件在600℃----1150℃之間選擇設定（測煤時為1050℃，測石油時用戶可選擇800℃）。

5. The user can set the working temperature of the system between 600℃ and 1150℃ by software (1050℃ for measurement of coal and 800℃ for measurement of petroleum). 

6. 微機與單片機系統(tǒng)之間采用標準RS232串行接口，具有接線簡單、傳輸可靠、傳輸距離遠、故障率低等特點。

6. The microcomputer is connected with the SCM system by the standard RS232 SI, which is featured with simple wiring, reliable transmission, long transmission distance, low fault rate, etc. 

7. 單片機系統(tǒng)負責控制高溫爐的溫度控制、測量數(shù)據(jù)的采集，并進行數(shù)據(jù)處理。

7. The SCM system is responsible for temperature control, collection of measurement data and data processing of high temperature furnace. 

8. 本系統(tǒng)將高溫爐、磁力攪拌器、空氣凈化裝置、電解池、自動送樣機構(gòu)、單片機控制線路合理地放置在同一機箱內(nèi)，使整機系統(tǒng)美觀、體積小、系統(tǒng)的放置與連接方便、系統(tǒng)的操作與日常維護簡單等特點。

In this system, high temperature furnace, magnetic stirrer, air cleaning unit, electrolytic tank, automatic sample presentation mechanism and control circuit of SCM are reasonably placed in one case, which can achieve characteristics such as beautiful system, small volume, convenient placement and connection, and simple operation and routine maintenance.
