CYD-3000/5000移動式磁粉探傷機(jī)，能對被探傷制件進(jìn)行交流或直流磁化和自動退磁，能作連續(xù)法和剩磁法探傷；大尺寸制件分段局部磁化。采用邏輯電路和電子時間控制電路，帶斷電相位控制器，剩磁穩(wěn)定，自動退磁能從所用磁化電流逐漸衰減到零，使剩磁消失，操作方便、效果好。調(diào)整可控硅導(dǎo)通角的大小來調(diào)整磁化、退磁電流的大小 適用于石油化工、冶金、船舶、電力、鐵路、汽車、機(jī)械修理等行業(yè)的各類壓力容器、金屬結(jié)構(gòu)件、鑄造件、鍛造件、焊接件、熱處理件、各種零部件探傷。
CYD-3000/5000 mobile magnetic particle flaw detector can perform AC or DC magnetization and automatic demagnetization on the parts to be flaw detected, and can perform flaw detection by continuous method and remanence method.
