三維磁化汽車配件磁粉探傷機為固定機電分立式結構、自動磁粉探傷設備。主要由磁化電源、電氣控制系統(tǒng)、傳送線系統(tǒng)、觀察系統(tǒng)、遠離法退磁系統(tǒng)、磁懸液噴灑回收系統(tǒng)、照明系統(tǒng)等幾部分組成。專用于以濕式磁粉法檢測汽車配件的表面及近表面因材料、鍛壓、鑄造、淬火、加工、疲勞等原因引起的各種不連續(xù)缺陷。

The three-dimensional magnetized magnetic particle flaw detector for automobile parts is a fixed electromechanical discrete structure and an automatic magnetic particle flaw detector. It is mainly composed of magnetized power supply, electrical control system, transmission line system, observation system, remote demagnetization system, magnetic suspension spray recovery system, lighting system, etc. It is specially used for testing various discontinuous defects caused by materials, forging, casting, quenching, processing, fatigue and other reasons on the surface and near surface of automobile parts by wet magnetic particle method.
